Property Linen Calculator
How much linen does your property need?
Tell us about the building. We will work out a full par-level package and show the arithmetic behind every line.
How this works
One par is one full set of linen for the whole property.
Two par means you own a second complete set, so a room can be turned over while the first is in the wash. Three par adds a third — one on the bed, one in the wash, one on the shelf. It is the level most well-run properties settle on.
2 par — Lean
One set on the bed, one in the wash. Workable for a single property with same-day laundry on site.
3 par — Recommended
One on the bed, one in the wash, one on the shelf. The level most well-run properties settle on.
4 par — High turnover
A fourth set for back-to-back stays, off-site laundry, or a property that cannot risk a shortfall.
What the calculator does not multiply
Duvet inserts, mattress protectors, pillows and blankets are not laundered every turnover, so multiplying them by par would waste your money. They carry their own smaller allowances, which staff can change in the admin console.
