Retail returns

Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Start a return from your order history.

Washed or used linen cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This is why we send samples.

Trade returns

Approved trade accounts have 60 days. Unopened cases can be returned in full. Part-used cases are handled case by case — talk to us rather than shipping it back.

If something is wrong

A manufacturing fault is our problem regardless of how long ago it arrived and whether it has been washed. Email hello@brooklynashley.com with the order number and a photograph.
