What we collect, why, and what we do not do.

What we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone, and what you ordered. We need this to send you things.
• Account information — your email and a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
• Trade applications — the business details you give us, used to decide the application and to price your orders.

Payment details

We never see, handle or store your card number. Payment is taken by our payment processor on their own page, and they return only a reference to us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not load third-party tracking scripts. Analytics is off unless it has been deliberately switched on.
• We do not email you marketing unless you asked for it.
