Retail orders

• In-stock items leave the warehouse within two business days.
• Standard delivery is three to six business days after dispatch.
• Shipping is complimentary on orders over $250. Below that, a flat $14.95 applies.

Trade orders

• Trade orders over $1,500 ship free, palletised where the volume warrants it.
• Larger property orders are scheduled with you rather than shipped blind — we will confirm a delivery window before anything moves.
• Made-to-order sizes take two to three weeks.

Opening dates

If you are opening a property on a fixed date, tell us the date when you order. We would rather hold a shipment and deliver it the week you need it than have it sit in a corridor for a month.
