Percale is the weave that made hotel bedding famous. One thread over, one thread under, nothing clever — which is exactly why it breathes, why it presses flat, and why it makes that sound when you turn the corner down.
We weave ours at 400 threads from single-ply long-staple cotton. Single-ply matters more than the number: a 1,000 thread count sheet built from twisted multi-ply yarn is a heavier, hotter sheet that pills sooner. This one gets softer for about forty washes and then holds.
Every set is four pieces — a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and two cases. The fitted sheet has elastic the whole way round and a sewn-in size label at the foot corner, so a cleaner working fast puts it on the right way round.

Recommended at three par: one on the bed, one in the wash, one on the shelf.
Wash warm with like colours. A commercial wash at 60°C is fine and will not shorten the life of the fibre. Tumble dry low and remove while very slightly damp — that is the single habit that keeps cotton feeling new.
Skip fabric softener. It coats the fibre, and a coated fibre stops absorbing, which is exactly the opposite of what you paid for.
