Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed. If something is priced wrong or out of stock we will tell you and refund in full rather than substituting.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. Trade prices apply only to approved trade accounts and only for that account's own purchasing.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing is offered to businesses buying for commercial hospitality use. It is not for resale unless separately agreed in writing. We may ask for documentation and may decline or withdraw an account.
